Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Needs: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) perfectly to identify organizational development requirements.
- Plan Training: Prepare the annual training calendar and ensure its effective implementation.
- Develop Materials: Develop high-quality training materials, including participant guides, worksheets, and trainer manuals.
- Conduct Programs: Organize and conduct in-house and blended training programs aligned with specific business needs.
- Measure Impact: Design effective tools to evaluate training effectiveness and measure its overall impact.
- Manage Budget: Assist the senior management in preparing and strictly monitoring the training budget.
- Ensure Safeguarding: Act as a key source of guidance on safeguarding. Consequently, ensure a safe working environment and follow incident reporting procedures accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Education: You must have a Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university. The hiring panel will give strong preference to candidates with a BBA in Human Resource Management (HRM).
