Key Responsibilities

Identify Needs: Identify vulnerable children aged 0-3 years actively through CHW surveys.
Supervise Workers: Supervise Community Health Worker (CHW) activities directly and provide necessary guidance.
Monitor Sessions: Monitor regular CHW sessions and offer highly constructive feedback.
Counsel Mothers: Counsel pregnant women effectively via CHWs to ensure ANC and immunization uptake.
