Key Responsibilities

Digital Data Management: Coordinate with the MIS team to develop and maintain Digital Information Management systems using Kobo/Ona and MS Excel.

Field Monitoring: Conduct regular field visits to verify activity quality, identify gaps, and maintain a comprehensive Field Visit Tracker.

Reporting: Generate high-quality internal and external MEAL reports and evidence-based briefs to meet strict donor requirements.

Coordination: Facilitate weekly coordination with Program/Project Managers to share field findings and ensure data is used for real-time program adjustments.
Required Qualifications
