Key Responsibilities

Manage Inventory: Manage the daily hospital store operations efficiently. Consequently, ensure the continuous availability of critical medical supplies.
Maintain Records: Maintain 100% accurate records and documentation for all incoming and outgoing inventory items.
Handle Procurement: Oversee the local supply chain management and strictly follow the hospital’s procurement process.
Operate Software: Update stock levels regularly using inventory management software (ERP) and MS Excel.
Coordinate Departments: Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and different hospital departments to fulfill their supply requisitions.
Organize Store: Keep the physical store clean, organized, and properly labeled for quick emergency access.

Required Qualifications

Education: You must have a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), or Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) degree from a recognized university.
