Key Responsibilities

Treat Industrial Trauma: Capably treat all industrial trauma, general injuries, and occupational health hazards occurring in the heavy factory environment.
Coordinate Referrals: Coordinate effectively with other outside hospitals to facilitate smooth patient referral and disposition after primary care.
Maintain Documentation: Ensure 100% accurate and relevant medico-legal documentation, including open disclosures and patient progress reviews.
Participate in Retrievals: Participate actively in the retrieval team for safely transporting critically injured patients between medical facilities.
Supervise Staff: Provide strong clinical expertise to patient care, and offer guidance, supervision, and mentoring to junior medical personnel.
Manage Risks: Perform high-level administrative duties, conduct departmental case reviews, and actively manage clinical risks.

Required Qualifications
