Key Responsibilities
- Lead Teams: Lead and manage a large team of 10–15 Electrical Engineers and Supervisors across multiple high-rise projects.
- Oversee Design: Oversee the complete electrical design, including SLD, load calculations, Transformer sizing, HT/LT systems, and MEP superimposed designs.
- Manage Stakeholders: Manage high-level technical coordination with DPDC, DESCO, REB, and the Fire Service & Civil Defense (FSCD) for crucial compliance approvals.
- Supervise Execution: Supervise the overall execution of electrical works across all active sites and resolve complex site issues like basement coordination.
- Ensure Handover: Oversee the strict testing, commissioning, and final handover of HT/LT systems, fire alarms, Solar, Lifts, and HVAC systems.
- Control Budgets: Prepare BOQ, control project electrical budgets, and ensure strict cost optimization without compromising brand value.
- Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Lead Electro-Mechanical coordination meetings and integrate EME services flawlessly with architectural and structural teams.
Required Qualifications
- Education: You must have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university.
- Experience: You need an extensive 12 to 15 years of practical experience specifically in the Real Estate sector or Group of Companies.
