Key Responsibilities

Survey & Recruitment: Conduct surveys in designated areas to identify potential members. Consequently, update the survey register and recruit eligible candidates for microfinance operations.
Loan Distribution: Evaluate members’ needs and repayment capabilities accurately. Prepare loan proposals, select suitable guarantors, and ensure proper documentation during distribution.
Installment Collection: Ensure 100% timely collection of loan installments during center meetings. Properly update passbooks and motivate members to clear dues.
Collect Savings: Motivate members to open and maintain savings accounts (My Savings, Voluntary Savings, DPS). Ensure the collection of regular savings during installment recovery.
Recover Overdues: Maintain continuous communication with members who have overdue installments. Coordinate with supervisors to recover pending amounts effectively.
Provide Financial Education: Continuously educate members on financial discipline, the importance of savings, and the proper utilization of loans.

Required Qualifications

Education: You must have a Bachelor’s degree (Honors or Pass Course) from any recognized university or college.
Age Limit: Your age must be strictly between 25 and 35 years.
Technical Skills: You must possess strong motorcycle driving skills. Holding a valid driving license will be a highly added advantage.
Soft Skills: You need excellent communication skills and the strong physical ability to conduct continuous field visits and center meetings.
Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply for this trainee position.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Training Allowance: You will receive Tk. 7,000 during the initial training period.
Probation Period Salary: During probation, your monthly basic salary will be Tk. 22,500. Additionally, you will receive Tk. 2,500 for riding a motorcycle.
Permanent Salary: After confirmation, your monthly basic salary will become Tk. 27,500. The Tk. 2,500 motorcycle allowance remains applicable.
Special Allowances: Receive a Distance Allowance (Tk. 750 – 2,500) and a Strategic Regional Allowance (Tk. 1,500) where applicable (e.g., in Cumilla Titas, Cox’s Bazar, etc.).
